ALL flagpoles will need to be Serviced on occasion. Each Flagpole will have it's own unique needs based on the flagpole type, size, materials and location.

Regular Service is necessary to keep your flagpole in good working condition and will extend the life of your flagpole.

Service Calls are $125.00 to examine flagpoles for Service that may have a Simple/Quick Repair Solution and for Services outside of our local region. If the service requires more than a quick fix, the Service Call will be billed, and a Quote will be Provided for the repairs.

Service Call Billing (excluding any applied travel fees) will be Credited for any Major Work Order Repairs that have been Awarded to Bates Flags & Flagpoles, LLC .

A Minimum 50% Deposit will be required for Repair Orders Exceeding $500.00.  Balance will be due upon Completion of Work.

Repair and Service Quotes include Parts, Labor and any necessary Equipment Leasing. Adjustments will be made for Actual Cost of Service.
